I just have to tell you how great my little machine is, more than I ever realized. I went to a Pilates session a couple of weeks ago after ages of not working out. The trainer was a real drill sergeant and I worked very hard. I felt great just afterwards, but knew I'd be hurting later and I was right. My midsection - the Pilates powerhouse -was soooo sore for days. I couldn't move! In desperation, I finally got the idea to use my buffer in the tight areas every morning for a few minutes until the stiffness went away. It made such a difference, it felt almost like getting a massage or physical therapy. I initially got it for cosmetic reasons, but now realize it goes way beyond...Thank you!!!
